Terms of Service for ShowsAllFit
1. Introduction
Welcome to ShowsAllFit.link (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) effective January 1, 2025.
2. Definitions
- “Services” refers to all consulting and display setup offerings provided by ShowsAllFit.
- “Information Products” refers to digital guides, tutorials, templates, and related materials.
- “Goods” refers to physical display items and related hardware sold through the Site.
3. Services Terms
All Services are scheduled based on mutual agreement. Detailed scope, timing, and fees are outlined in individual service proposals.
4. Information Products Terms
Information Products are delivered electronically upon completion of purchase. Access is granted via download links or member accounts.
5. Goods Terms
Goods are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Title and risk transfer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 Services
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% charge of the service fee. Services that require custom design or onsite setup are non-refundable once work has commenced; this is due to the bespoke nature of the deliverable and allocation of specialist resources. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
6.2 Information Products
All purchases of Information Products are final. Given the immediate electronic delivery, no refunds are issued once a download or access link has been provided. This policy ensures protection of intellectual property and content integrity.
6.3 Goods
Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Refunds are issued upon inspection and acceptance of the returned Goods, credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6.4 Rescheduling Services
Service appointments may be rescheduled without fee if requested at least 48 hours before the original date. Requests made within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the service cost due to resource allocation. No-shows are subject to the full service fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShowsAllFit’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service, Information Product, or Goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
